• Using the troubles and comments you share to guide our work
• Sending you an automatic copy of what you submitted
• Keeping a record of our correspondence

Sharing with third parties

We do not share what we collect with third parties, except with your consent or where disclosure is required by law.

We never use it for marketing, nor pass it on as a mailing list.

Storage and deletion

We keep what you send as a record of our correspondence. We have not set a fixed retention period, but we will delete it promptly if you ask us to.

The server logs used to process submissions do not record your email address or message — only error details and the message identifier.

Access, correction and deletion

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information we hold about you through the contact form. Once we have confirmed your identity, we will act on it promptly.
